Notes: A maker with a reputation for fine workmanship at a very reasonable price. His pipes can be rather large (by European standards).

Comments: I find Wiley's freehands slightly unconvincing (a bit of Preben, a pinch of Winslow, some of whatever comes to mind... ), but I rather enjoy his more conservative shapes. I would own more of these pipes if they were not often too heavy for 'clenchers'.
