Notes: Dorelio and Damiano Rovera (who also own the brand Ardor) make 500 to 800 Rover Art pipes a year. Moderately avant-garde shapes, often involving panels, characterise the style. Flowing lines as shown on this page are rarer.

Grade names are taken from the world of music. In ascending order: Ritmica, Ricciolo, Symphony, Harmony, Melody, Romantica.

Comments: Quite respected where they are known, Rover Arts seem rare outside Italy. The shapes are often refreshingly different, but can sometimes appear a little contrived.

I may be underrating this brand by not classing it as 'Elevated'. At one time, there were issues regarding less than perfect finishes, but these appear to have been resolved. The ringed style of rustication boasted by some of the cheaper pipes is rather beautiful.
