Notes: An Austrian maker with a liking for conservative shapes. Huml has been in the business since the early 1990s, but is not widely known.

Comments: The pipe shown is very well made, with a comfortable thin bit and quite attractive grain. Huml is not an excitingly innovative designer, but makes sizeable, practical pipes, which don't draw too much attention to the smoker. As I have a use for some of these, I rather like his work.
