Notes: Once one of the respectable English mid-grade brands, BBBs are now produced in the Cadogan factory in Southend-on-Sea. Few people regard pipes made after 1980 as collectible. The information on this page only applies to pipes pre-dating the Cadogan era. Unsmoked pipes from the final period of relative independence are sometimes available.

Comments: The Best Make shown here was BBB's top grade in the 1960s and smokes as well as any Dunhill. It boasts a hand cut stem. Among today's English pipes, only Upshalls and Dunhills themselves outshine older Best Makes in terms of overall execution.
